My Mango Online Order Canceled After Shipping Confirmation

On September 9, 2024, I placed an order through Mango's online store. After receiving a notification that my order had been shipped, four days later it was canceled due to the item being out of stock. However, I had been tracking the stock, and during those four days, the item repeatedly came back in stock and then sold out again. So why was my order canceled only today, after receiving confirmation that it had already been shipped? Mango's handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing, and I will no longer be shopping with them.
