Mango Canceled My Order but Never Refunded My Money

I am writing regarding a refund that has not been processed for a canceled Mango order.

On June 1, I placed an order through Mango's online store for the "Flowing Paneled Skirt." My order number is F4OJM1.

On June 2, I contacted Mango customer service and requested that the order be canceled. Later that same day, I received an email confirming that my cancellation request had been approved and processed.

However, despite the cancellation being confirmed, several days have passed and the refund has still not been credited to my bank account. The payment for this order, approximately $50, was made using my debit card.

I have checked my account transactions multiple times, but there is no sign of a refund, pending refund, or any related update. In addition, I have not received any communication explaining when the refund will be processed or how long the transfer is expected to take.

As a customer, I believe that once a cancellation has been approved, the refund process should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and customers should be kept informed about the status of their money.

I respectfully request that Mango urgently review order F4OJM1 and process the refund of approximately $50 to the debit card used for the purchase without further delay.

I also request a clear explanation regarding the status of the refund, the reason for the delay, and the expected date on which the funds will be credited back to my account.

I expect prompt action and transparent communication to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
