Mango Wallet Logo Peels Off on First Day of Use
I purchased a wallet from Mango’s online store yesterday, and today I used it for the first time. Even though the wallet stayed in my bag all day, the “MNG” logo on it started peeling off on the very first day. This level of deformation in such a short time has seriously undermined both the price I paid and my trust in the brand. My order number is F1D3F1.
I noticed the issue on Thursday, March 26, when I got home in the evening and saw that the logo had peeled off. When I tried to contact customer service, they were already closed, so I have not yet been able to speak with the company.
I believe that a product deteriorating this quickly indicates a manufacturing defect. I request a full refund for the wallet and the return of the product. I kindly ask for a prompt and solution-oriented response regarding this matter.
