Mango Ankara Cepa Store: Uncooperative Staff and Gift Exchange Hassles!

A present that I had purchased in Istanbul for my twin daughters but had shipped to my address in Ankara came in the incorrect size. Despite customers' best efforts, the unhelpful staff at Mango Ankara Cepa was unable to process their currency exchange requests. Can Mango provide a replacement that is suitable for your size, or at the very least, a gift card? Due to the unpleasant nature of my experience, I will not be returning to Mango.
