I Cannot Exchange My Oversized Mango Items Without Invoice


I can’t do a return or an exchange. I’m stuck with items that are way too big for me, even though they’re still in unopened packages. The Mango store in Denizli is closed, so I’ll have to send them to Ankara and pay for shipping a second time. But they’re asking for the physical invoice to process the exchange. The original invoice is with a friend I sent the items with, and all I have are screenshots, which are blurry and hard to read. I can’t reach the store, and neither the website nor customer service has offered a solution. The previous shipment already cost me over ₺400, and the items I now need to exchange are jeans, which will be even heavier and cost more to send. I don’t even mind those expenses—I just wish they would handle the exchange properly and offer a solution.
