Mango Refused My Exchange Request - Unacceptable Customer Service

I received a gift that was the wrong size, so I asked for an exchange, but unfortunately, my request was denied. I received no help whatsoever, and to add insult to injury, I was sarcastically advised to give away the ₺2,000 item to someone else. The manager at the Mango store in Antalya Terracity displayed extremely disrespectful behavior. I've never experienced such subpar service before.
