Mango Has Not Delivered My Order After a Long Delay

I placed an order with Mango through the mobile application on June 25, with order number ewjdw. Despite a long period of time having passed since the order date, the status in the app still shows “in international transit,” and no delivery has been made to me.

Regarding the delay, I only received an email saying “we apologize for the delay,” but no clear delivery date or concrete solution was provided. I request that the items in my order be sent to me urgently without further delay and that I be clearly and transparently informed about the shipping process and expected delivery timeline.
