How to Get Refund From Mango After Return Delay

I placed two separate coat orders from the official Mango store on Trendyol — a “faux fur hooded coat” and an “inner faux fur coat.”
In my first order (Order No: 10553690799), the coat arrived defective — the button had been sewn in two different places, leaving visible needle marks on the suede material. Additionally, the size was too large, so I created a return request on October 9, 2025, and shipped the item back the same day via Trendyol Express.
While the first return was still being processed, I ordered the same coat in a smaller size (Order No: 10575211381) for ₺2,299.99. However, I wanted to cancel it about 10–15 minutes after placing the order, but was told it couldn’t be canceled because it was already “in preparation.” Despite being marked as prepared around midnight, the shipment took almost a week to be dispatched. When it finally arrived, I returned it unopened on October 11, 2025, again via Trendyol Express.
I also purchased a third coat (Order No: 10581667435) for ₺2,999.99, which I also returned in the same way. In total, I paid ₺7,599.97, and I did not use any of the items — all were returned in original condition.
My first return shipment has been stuck at the Ankara transfer center for 5 days, showing no movement. I’ve contacted Trendyol Assistant and Customer Service multiple times, opened several support tickets, and was told to “follow up through the request section,” but I have received no written or verbal updates, and none of my refunds have been processed.
I request that all refunds be issued immediately and that my inconvenience be resolved without further delay.
