I Face Contaminated Magnum Ice Cream with Hair in Chocolate Coating

I purchased a box of Magnum Mini White ice creams from the A101 store in Bergama, İzmir, Türkiye, on 30.04.2026. While my child was eating one of the ice creams, I noticed a hair stuck inside the white chocolate coating at the very last moment, after my child had already bitten into it. This is a very serious and appalling hygiene issue, especially considering that the product was consumed by a child. I documented the situation with photos and videos and have kept this evidence. I also sent a message about the issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response so far. I request that a clear explanation be provided as to how such a hygiene problem could occur, that an official apology be given, and that appropriate compensation be offered for the material and moral damage caused by this incident. I also expect the necessary inspections and quality controls to be carried out so that similar situations do not occur again.
