Mad Muscles Forced Me Into Unwanted Subscriptions
I am absolutely furious with the Mad Muscles website! It's clearly designed to trick you into purchasing more services. You literally can't bypass sections marked "Bonus" alongside the service you actually want, and then they charge you for them! This is a deliberate trap, forcing unwanted payments.
Their refund policy is a complete joke; it's based solely on their arbitrary rules, not on customer dissatisfaction. I messaged them immediately after purchasing to cancel the service, but they simply refused to process the cancellation. I didn't even use the service for a single month, yet they charged me three times the advertised price within that month!
Mad Muscles, you are operating deceptively! You're forcing unwanted purchases and then refusing refunds. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges and the immediate cancellation of any unwanted service subscriptions! Stop manipulating your website to steal from customers.
