Maclaren Stroller Metal Frame Broke Despite Lifetime Warranty

The metal part of my Maclaren stroller, which was advertised as having a lifetime warranty, broke. Since Serra Global is the company that imported the product, I contacted them about the issue. They told me they would look into it, but I never received any further response.

In short, no matter how expensive the product is or how strongly it is advertised as having a lifetime warranty, my experience has been that it is no different from other more affordable products.
