purchased a Sig Sauer STL 900L laser flashlight from eBay, which was advertised as having a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, while using the product, the rail parts broke, and I later discovered that many others have experienced similar issues with breakages. reached out to Sig Sauer via email, explaining the situation and seeking assistance, but unfortunately, the company did not respond, disappointing when a company fails to uphold the terms of its warranty, who will we turn to when we have issues?
