I bought the Locked Kiss Ink 24HR liquid matte lipstick from the MAC store at Akasya Mall on December 13, 2023. It cost ₺799, but later I found out that it's actually priced at ₺599 on MAC's official website. When I called to ask, they told me that prices could vary on different platforms, like Trendyol for instance. But what I'm worried about is the difference in price between the MAC store and buying MAC products online, without involving any other retailers. Sorry, but we can't accept returns or exchanges for this product since it's for cosmetic purposes. This sales policy is really very frustrating.
