Luxplus Took Monthly Subscription Fees Without My Knowledge After Missing My Order

Experience with Luxplus was terrible. I placed a skincare order and never got it. Later on, I discovered they had been monthly pulling membership money out of my account without any obvious indication, aggravating matters. I wasn't aware at the time that apparently you cannot even do anything on their website without first being a member and subscribing. Given I didn't initially know I had registered for, the subscription model feels sly and dishonest. Their customer care has been ineffective in fixing the problem; now, I am left out of cash for the product as well as these unseen subscription charges. I really advise against Luxplus completely!
