Luxplus Charged Me for a Fragrance I Canceled and Sent It to My Old Address

Even though I redirected the fragrance order to my new address before they reactivated it, I still don't know how they managed to do it. Despite the fact that I never got the merchandise, they proceeded to charge me for it. Worse yet, I never gave my consent for them to take subscription payments out of my account. The process of canceling or managing orders seems to be intentionally complicated. When it comes to fixing the problem, their customer care is completely useless. For something I had no say in getting and will never use, I now have to pay full price. Never again will I place an order with Luxplus!
