About a month ago, I bought an Everywhere Belt Bag 1L Fleece in White Opal/Gold from Lululemon. I absolutely loved the bag and used it all the time. This thing is super light and looks awesome. But, just 35 days later, the zip began to rust. I was really taken aback since I had never washed the bag or gotten it wet. I reached out to Lululemon customer service, and they informed me that the rust was a result of a user error. They flat-out refused to replace the bag. I am very disappointed with Lululemon. I won't be making any future purchases from them.
