Poor Customer Service at Lufian Branch in Beylikduzu Marmara Park Mall

On September 7, 2023, I visited the Lufian branch at Beylikduzu Marmara Park Mall to exchange a defective product I had purchased. They informed me that they couldn't access the system at the moment and asked me to leave my information and the product with them. They assured me they would process the exchange as soon as their system was up and running. However, after not receiving any updates, I returned to the branch on September 22, 2023, only to be told that they hadn't processed the product in their system and couldn't locate it. Frustrated, I contacted the branch manager, Mr. Soner, and provided him with the date and time of my previous visit, which he verified by reviewing security camera footage. Eventually, they found the product and assured me that I'd receive a response by September 26, 2023, at the latest. When no response came by that date, I revisited the branch on September 29, 2023, only to be informed by Mr. Can that the manager was absent and that it would take at least three more weeks to receive a reply. This unacceptable delay left me quite upset, and when I mentioned lodging a complaint, Mr. Can had the audacity to suggest that I should be thankful for Mr. Soner's involvement, even though it wasn't required. As of today, October 8, 2023, I still haven't received a response. Despite a month passing since my initial visit, I haven't been refunded or received a replacement for the defective product. This kind of service does not befit a brand like Lufian. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this branch in Beylikdüzü Marmara Park Mall to think twice.
