No Money Back After Returning The Lufian Goods

I bought 2 polo's from the webshop. After receiving them they didn't expect my expatations. So I sent them back with the form they gave me. But on that form, there was an old address, from the previous shop in Amsterdam. The new shop was in Rotterdam. But I didn't know this of course, I ordered from their webshop. After it took a while before I got any answer, I tried to contact them. But the telephone number on the return form wasn't in use. And the telephone number of their shop in Rotterdam (I found out the mistake in addresses while searching for contact details) has never been picked up. Neither does anybody reply to any of my e-mails. And I live 100+ km from Rotterdam and Amsterdam. So it is not worth it to drive there myself. A very bad service. And it even wouldn't surprise me that it is a total scam... :-(
