I purchased L’Oréal Revitalift Filler Night Cream on February 14 and used it for only three nights—February 15, 16, and 17. After I started using the product, I woke up with noticeable swelling, redness, burning, and constant itching on my face. This situation was not only physically uncomfortable but also caused me serious concern about my skin. I would especially like to point out that even after stopping the product, the swelling on my face has still not completely gone away.
I have never had any skin conditions, allergies, or similar reactions to cosmetic products before; this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I purchased the product in Germany from a Kaufland store, and so far, I have not contacted the store or customer service.
