L’Oréal Retinol Serum Made My Face Peel After Two Uses

On February 5, I ordered L’Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser Pure Retinol Night Serum and Mia brand Vitamin C serum through the Gratis app (order number: pr28499470). After I started using the products, by my second use, the skin on my face began to peel, and now my skin lifts and flakes whenever I touch it.

I am very concerned about this serious skin reaction and find this situation problematic in terms of the product ingredients and the lack of proper warnings or information. I have not yet seen a doctor, but this condition is negatively affecting my daily life.

Due to this negative experience, I request a full refund for the products. If necessary, I would like the products to be examined and appropriate checks to be carried out to ensure that other users do not experience similar issues.
