L’Oréal Revitalift Eye Serum Applicator Causes Pain and Scratches Skin

I purchased the L’Oréal Revitalift eye serum from a Gratis store about one month ago. From the very first use, the applicator tip has been scratching the skin around my eyes and causes pain during application. Because of this, I cannot use the product comfortably and am unable to experience the benefits that were promised. I believe this is a manufacturing defect in the product. So far, I have not contacted either L’Oréal or Gratis customer service, as I want this issue to be reviewed and addressed through this channel first. I request that L’Oréal examine this defective product, take it back, and send me a new, problem-free replacement of the same product.
