I purchased L’Oréal 6 Extraordinary Oils Nourishing Shampoo, trusting the brand’s reputation, but this product was a complete disappointment. Calling it a shampoo is an overstatement—it did nothing to nourish or care for my hair. Instead of making my hair softer and healthier, it left it dry, lifeless, and full of residue.
I can’t understand how L’Oréal released such a poor-quality product. It does not deliver on any of its promises, and I feel completely misled. I expect the brand to take responsibility and address this issue. I need a solution or refund because this was a waste of money.
