L'Occitane Refund Delayed Despite Product Return – Still Awaiting Payment

I returned a product to L'Occitane on July 12, and they confirmed they would issue a refund. However, today is July 25, 2024, and I still haven’t received my money back. They’ve even taken back the product but are not providing a payment receipt or any confirmation of the refund. I’m left wondering why my refund hasn’t been processed yet. This delay is unacceptable, and I expect L'Occitane to address this issue immediately by transferring the funds to my account without further excuses.
