L’Occitane Customer Service Not Responding About Missing Perfume Refund

I returned the Glycine perfume I purchased from L’Occitane’s online store, but even though a very long time has passed, my refund has still not been issued. When I initiated the return for order number 3064958341511721, I had paid by credit card. After I sent the product back, I received no updates, and despite contacting customer service, I have not received any response at all.

I request that my payment be refunded to my account immediately.
