As a loyal L'Occitane customer, I was shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received at the Palladium store on October 26, 2024, around 6:20 PM. The salesperson greeted me while talking on their phone, showing no respect or professionalism. When I asked to try some tester creams, I was curtly told, “No, you can’t have them all or try each one,” which left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I had planned to purchase four creams, but the rude attitude made me walk out empty-handed. This behavior is far from what I expect from a reputable brand like L'Occitane, and it has left me questioning their standards. I urge L'Occitane to address this issue and ensure that all customers receive the respectful service they deserve.
