Little Caesars Charged Me but Didn’t Deliver My Food

On November 12, I attempted to place an order through the Little Caesars app. During the order process, a payment of $13 was deducted from my bank card, but my order never arrived. Even though several days have passed, I still have not received a refund.

I called customer service about the issue, but I was given an unsatisfactory response and no solution was offered. My transaction reference code is: 251521382862.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem. I request that either my payment be refunded or my order be delivered as soon as possible.
