Paid for a Little Caesars Order That Never Arrived – Requesting Refund
Order number: 9484398519. On September 13, 2024, at 1:45 AM, I placed a pizza order through the Little Caesars app, trusting the service. Since we work late hours at home, I expected the pizza to arrive soon. After 30 minutes of waiting with no delivery, I called customer service. They contacted the store and assured me the pizza would arrive in 5 minutes.
An hour later, still no pizza. I called customer service again, and this time they said they couldn’t reach the store. By 3 AM, everything had closed, and we were left hungry. When I requested a cancellation, they told me the refund would be reviewed and, if approved, I’d get my money back in 3 days. Is this a joke? You take my money, and I don’t get my pizza? This is unacceptable, and I will never use your service again.
Today, customer service called me, apologized, and gave me a pizza voucher. I accepted the voucher for their kind gesture and thanked them. I said I would place a pizza order in the evening to use the voucher. Can you believe the nonsense? To use the voucher, you need to purchase 500 TL worth of pizza to get a 200 TL discount! I think you are mocking people. Instead of giving a voucher as an apology, you want me to make more purchases. Service is zero, attention is zero... I wanted to give you a chance, but you didn't even deserve that. I hope what I wrote reaches everyone.
