Since we work late hours at home, I expected the pizza to arrive soon. After 30 minutes of waiting with no delivery, I called customer service. They contacted the store and assured me the pizza would arrive in 5 minutes.
An hour later, still no pizza. I called customer service again, and this time they said they couldn’t reach the store. By 3 AM, everything had closed, and we were left hungry. When I requested a cancellation, they told me the refund would be reviewed and, if approved, I’d get my money back in 3 days. Is this a joke? You take my money, and I don’t get my pizza? This is unacceptable, and I will never use your service again.
