Litmatch Extended Suspension Without Explanation – Request Review

I am writing regarding my Litmatch account, which was first suspended for 7 days due to an alleged violation of community standards. I accepted the initial 7‑day suspension and waited for the full period to end. However, after the 7 days passed and I tried to log in again, I saw that my account had been locked further and the ban was extended until 09.08.2026 without any clear explanation. This unexpected extension feels unfair, especially since I was not given detailed information about what I supposedly did wrong or why the duration was suddenly increased. I have already contacted Litmatch support by email about this situation, but I have not received any reply so far. Being unable to access my account for this extended period is causing me serious frustration. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again as soon as possible and that the ban be lifted immediately. If there is any specific issue with my account, I also ask that you clearly explain it so I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
