Litmatch Account Suddenly Blocked Despite No Rule Violations

I am writing to complain about the sudden blocking of my Litmatch account without any prior warning or clear explanation. On Saturday, 24 May 2026, around midday when I had just woken up and opened the Litmatch application, I saw a notice that my account had been blocked. The night before, I only used Litmatch to join a room and did not insult anyone, did not cause trouble, and I am not aware of any violation that I may have committed. This sudden block, without even a warning or notification beforehand, feels very unfair to me as a user who believes they have followed the rules. If I did make a mistake, I am ready to accept the consequences as long as I am clearly informed about what rule I supposedly violated. What confuses me is that the block happened so suddenly, without any prior information or opportunity for me to correct my behaviour. After my account was blocked, I immediately reported this issue to Litmatch through the available channel. From their side, I only received a general message asking me to wait, without any clear explanation about the reason for the blocking. My expectation is that my account can be reactivated and that I receive a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason for the blocking, including what action of mine was considered a violation. I kindly request that this case be reviewed again in detail and that I be given the chance to continue using Litmatch, or at the very least to receive transparent information regarding the decision to block my account.
