Litmatch Blocked My Account and Support Has Not Fixed It

I am a Litmatch user, and since around the 30th of the month, I have been unable to log in to my account because it has been blocked. This situation is very surprising to me, as I believe I have not violated any rules and have always made an effort to follow Litmatch’s terms and conditions.
Before this issue, I had already contacted Litmatch support regarding the login block, but my problem has still not been resolved. I am still unable to access my account despite reaching out for help.
I expect my Litmatch account to be reopened so the block is removed and I can log in and use my account as before. If there is a specific reason for this restriction, I would like to receive a clear explanation so I can understand the issue and take any necessary steps to resolve it.
