Litmatch Support Fails to Resolve Wrongful Ban

Today, my Litmatch account was suddenly banned and my access was blocked even though I did not violate any rules. Since this has happened to me before, I now believe this is an unfair and arbitrary restriction.
After the ban, I submitted an appeal through the in-app support center, but my issue has not been resolved so far. I request a clear and transparent explanation of why my accounts were banned and that all of my accounts that were unfairly closed be reinstated as soon as possible.
I ask that my account be reviewed again, that any incorrect assessment be corrected, and that the necessary checks be implemented to prevent this issue from happening again.
