Litmatch Device Ban On Redmi Turbo 4 Pro Without Explanation
I am using a Redmi Turbo 4 Pro smartphone that I purchased from a physical shop in Hlaing Thar Yar, Myanmar, and my device has been banned by Litmatch for about one week without any clear reason. I simply see that the device is banned, but I do not receive any detailed explanation about which service, application, or rule this ban is related to. Before the ban, I did not make any unusual changes on the phone such as unlocking the bootloader, installing a custom ROM, changing critical settings, or installing third‑party applications from outside official stores. I have also not received any warning that I violated any policy or terms of use. This situation makes me very worried and confused, because my phone is new and I rely on it for daily communication. I request that my Redmi Turbo 4 Pro be checked, the ban on my device be removed, and that I receive a clear and official written explanation about why this ban happened and under which rule or system it was triggered. I expect this situation to be investigated urgently and resolved so that I can continue using my smartphone without any restrictions.
