I Face an Unfair Ban on Litmatch — Account Suspended After Only One Warning

I was using the Litmatch app on my Redmi 10 phone and never made any membership purchases or payment transactions. On October 23, my account was banned. Previously, I had only received one warning, and I had been informed that my account would be banned after three warnings, yet it was suspended after just one. Additionally, the account creation date displayed in the system is incorrect — it shows as 2124/5/18.

After the ban, I didn’t contact Litmatch customer service, and I haven’t received any explanation or update about the situation. I request that my account be reactivated and that the date error in the system be corrected immediately.
