Litmatch Blocked My Redmi Note 8 Pro and Account Without Explanation

I have been using the Litmatch application on my Redmi Note 8 Pro, which I downloaded from the Google Play Store, for about 11 days without any problems. However, this morning, when I tried to log in, I suddenly received a message stating that both my Litmatch ID and my device are banned and that I should log in from another device. Until this moment, I had never received any warning, suspension notice, or email indicating that I violated the rules. I am not aware of doing anything against the community guidelines or terms of use, so this sudden ban feels completely unjust and has caused me serious inconvenience, as I can no longer access my account from my own device. My account is linked to the email address iyersa****@gmail.com and my Litmatch ID is 7349023002. I kindly request that you review in detail the status of my account and device, explain clearly why this ban was applied, and remove the ban on both my Litmatch ID and my device if there is no valid reason. I would like my account to be reactivated and to be able to continue using the application on my Redmi Note 8 Pro as before. I also request that my situation be reviewed as soon as possible and that I be informed quickly about the result.
