Litmatch Banned My Account and Won’t Let Me Delete My Personal Data
I have been a Litmatch user since around 2023. In November 2025, I returned to the app, and on or about 18 December, my account was suddenly banned until the year 2124. Because of this ban, I cannot log in to my account, and as a result, I am unable to delete my account or manage my personal data myself. This situation worries me a lot in terms of privacy and data protection. In my banned account, there are photos of me that I have posted, as well as my phone number and my linked Gmail address. Even if the account is banned, this is still my personal data, and I consider it my right to request that it be completely removed from your systems. Last week, I sent an email to your support team using my Gmail account and shared my information so my banned account could be identified, but I have not received any response so far. It is very disturbing not to get any explanation or assurance about what will happen to my data. I request that my Litmatch account, which is currently banned, be permanently deleted together with all my personal data, including my photos, phone number, and linked Gmail, and that I be informed in writing when the deletion is fully completed.
