My Litmatch account was banned until January 30, 2124, with the message stating that I had violated community guidelines. However, I strongly believe this ban was issued by mistake. I am fully aware of Litmatch’s rules and have always made sure to follow them. I do not engage in any behavior that would compromise the safe or respectful environment that Litmatch aims to create.
I received no prior warning or specific explanation about what rule I allegedly broke. The ban message simply advised me to email my BAN_ID and explain the situation, which I did. My BAN_ID is 29886719, and I’ve already reached out to the provided support address, but I’ve yet to receive any response.
I’m asking Litmatch to urgently review my case, lift the ban, and restore access to my account. I’ve been wrongfully penalized, and I shouldn’t be locked out for something I didn’t do. Please look into this and correct the mistake immediately so I can continue using the app within your guidelines.
