Litmatch Account Locked After One Warning
In the early morning of 30 August 2026 I received my first and only warning, and later on the same day, 30 August 2026, my account was suddenly locked for allegedly violating community standards. My Litmatch account information is as follows: account ID 7689050***, ban ID BAN_ID39673498, and my registered email address is conca***[email protected]. I do not understand why my account was completely banned after only one warning and without any clear explanation of what specific rule I allegedly violated. I contacted Litmatch support and was told to log in using another device to recover my ID, but this did not solve the issue of the ban on my main account. I still cannot access my account and I feel this situation is unfair because I believe I have complied with the rules. I kindly request a clear explanation of the reason for this ban and that you remove the ban and restore full access to my Litmatch account as soon as possible.
