Appeal Litmatch Community Guidelines Ban

I am writing to report that my Litmatch account has been blocked again due to an alleged violation of community guidelines. According to the message in the application, my account is blocked until 12-08-2026 for “community rules violation”, but I have not been given any specific information about what rule I supposedly broke. This is already the third time this has happened to me, and the latest block started on Tuesday, August 4. Each time I try to use my account, I receive the blocking message and cannot access my profile or use the normal functions of the app. I believe this sanction is unfair and/or a mistake, because I always try to respect the rules and I have not been clearly informed about any inappropriate behaviour. I have already contacted Litmatch support several times about this situation. I have sent emails and messages through the app, but I have never received any response or explanation. The lack of communication makes the situation even more frustrating, because I do not know how to correct any behaviour or how to prevent this from happening again. I kindly request that my account be unblocked as soon as possible and that a thorough review of my case be carried out. I would also like to receive a clear explanation of the reason for the block and, if I really violated any rule, detailed information so that I can avoid similar problems in the future. I expect a prompt response and a fair solution to this issue.
