Litmatch Account Banned Without Warning – Android Ban Appeal

I am a user of the Litmatch application on Android, and my account with the email address zolapipi***@gmail.com was suddenly banned. I use Litmatch only to look for friends and chat, and I have never intentionally violated the rules or terms of use. On 31 May 2026 I realized that I could no longer log in to my account. There was no prior warning, no email, and no clear explanation given regarding the reason for the ban. This situation is very disappointing because I have used the application properly and now I have completely lost access to my account without understanding what I supposedly did wrong. I kindly request a detailed explanation of the exact reason for the ban on my account and a full review of my account history. If there is no serious violation, I ask that my Litmatch account be reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using the application normally.
