My Litmatch Account Wrongly Banned Again Without Any Explanation

I have been using the Litmatch app on my Android phone, but today at 19:29 my account (00ann__ or zeu*) was suddenly banned without any explanation. This is not the first time it has happened—back in 2023, my device was also banned for no reason, and now, right after my ban was lifted, the account was automatically banned again even though I did absolutely nothing.

What makes the situation worse is that I had purchased diamonds with real money in my account, and now I cannot access them. Losing both my account and paid items without a valid reason is unacceptable and leaves me feeling completely frustrated.

I did not receive any warning or detailed message about why the ban was applied. So far, I have not contacted customer support, but I live in Istanbul and I am asking Litmatch to review this ban immediately, restore my account access, and ensure that such unfair automatic bans do not happen again.
