Subscription Error on LinkedIn Sales Navigator


I signed up for a 1-month free Premium membership on LinkedIn for business purposes, thinking it would meet my needs. However, I soon realized that the Premium plan fell short, and what I actually required was the Sales Navigator. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer support to change my plan, I was met with the promise of a response within 1-3 days. Now, on the 3rd day, I'm still waiting, and my business is suffering. Good thing I didn't pay for the membership; I canceled it since it's been nothing but a headache!
