LinkedIn Refund Still Pending 5 Days After Canceling Premium Subscription

On September 27, I canceled my LinkedIn Premium Career Yearly subscription. I received both a confirmation email and a payment notification indicating that the refund had been processed. However, even though five days have passed, the ₺1,329.99 refund has not yet been credited to my bank card.

I request that the refund process be completed immediately and the amount deposited back into my card. I have not yet contacted customer service directly, only replied to the confirmation email, but have not received any response. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I expect my refund to be processed without further delay.
