Without my approval or any notification, the Lightricks app charged my card. I never received any message or confirmation from my bank authorizing this payment. This unauthorized transaction is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the amount withdrawn without my consent. Such practices violate basic consumer rights and trust.

Furthermore, I request the cancellation of my subscription with the Google Lightricks app to prevent any future unauthorized charges. Companies must ensure that payments only occur with explicit customer permission and clear communication. I expect Lightricks and related parties to take this complaint seriously and resolve it promptly. Please process my refund and confirm the cancellation of my account without delay.
