Lightricks Charged My Card Without Permission—I Demand Refund

I didn’t even know what the Lightricks app was, yet a charge was made from my card without any approval or notification. I had no knowledge of this transaction and never gave consent for any payment to be taken. This unauthorized deduction is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely upset about the lack of transparency and communication.
I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of the transaction dated July 31, 2024, and a full refund of the amount charged without my permission. Companies must respect user consent and notify customers before withdrawing any money. I expect Lightricks to investigate this issue urgently, reverse this unauthorized charge, and ensure no further unauthorized payments occur. Please resolve this matter promptly and restore my trust.
