Lightricks Charged My Account Without Consent—I Demand Refund for Unauthorized Charge

I didn’t even know what the Google Lightricks app was, yet a charge was made from my account without my permission or knowledge. I never authorized or approved any payment to this service. This unexpected and unauthorized deduction has caused me distress and confusion. I demand a full refund of the amount taken without my consent.

Specifically, I want the transaction dated January 25, 2025, to be canceled and reversed immediately. It is unacceptable for companies to withdraw money from users without clear authorization or notification. I expect Lightricks and Google to investigate this matter, stop any further unauthorized charges, and ensure my refund is processed promptly.
