Life360 Account Locked and Support Not Helping

I had been using the Life360 app on iOS for a long time, and the app was always active. Last week, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but I have not been able to log back into my account since then. The email address registered to my account is an old Hotmail address that I no longer use, so I cannot access it.

When I try to log in using my phone number, I do not receive any verification messages—neither to my email nor to my phone. The app also says that my account is locked and continuously prevents me from logging in. Even though I contacted Life360 support, no solution has been provided, and I still cannot access my account.

I request that I be able to log in again using my phone number registered to my old account, that my account lock be removed, and that my access be restored.
