Life360 Not Sending SMS Code for Password Reset

I have been unable to reset my password in the Life360 app for the past week. Since I am not receiving the verification code on my phone, I cannot reset my password and cannot access my account.

During this time, I have also been unable to reach customer service or any support channel, so I have not found a way to report my issue. Even though I do not have a paid subscription, being unable to access my account is causing inconvenience.

I request that the issue be technically investigated, that the verification code be successfully delivered to my phone, and that I be able to complete the password reset process without any problems.
