Unfair LG Service Charges

LG shouldn't put us in a tough situation under the guise of service fees, but they don't give us any other options. Since we couldn't figure out why our washing machine was giving us an error code, we called for service. The technician came and told us that a small object was stuck in the drum, which caused the error code. With a smirk on their face, they casually mentioned that we should clean the drum once in a while and then demanded 200 TL right away, saying we wouldn't forget this time. When all I have is a disability pension, it's frustrating to have money taken from me without my permission. I'm upset about both the money and the way it was treated. It would have been better if they knew how to help us from afar and didn't have to force us to give them money. LG won't be my next choice.
