LG Washing Machine Leaks Water From Detergent Tray Since Day One

I purchased an LG washing machine 15 days ago, but from the very first day, water has been leaking from the detergent tray. I contacted customer service, and a technician came to inspect it. However, they claimed there was no issue and charged me ₺500 under the pretense of "user error."

The problem persisted, so I called the service again. This time, they adjusted the machine's legs and reduced the water pressure—something they could have done during the initial installation, avoiding unnecessary charges.

I demand a full resolution to this issue, including a refund of the service fee. If not addressed promptly, I will initiate legal action to return the machine and will never trust LG products again.
