Problematic LG TVs Have a Claim of "User Error" When It's Really a Factory Flaw

I decided not to skimp on quality and purchased the LG 55NANO766QA TV. When the TV was first installed, there was a three-dot mark on the screen, but this was due to the white backing not being completely white. I assumed it was because of the protective film on the surface and ignored it, believing it would protect the television. However, the backs of those dots turned white last week. When I called for help, the technician immediately labeled it as a "user error." I inquired as to how I could have caused this damage; if I had, the screen would have shattered rather than leaving three dot-shaped marks. He agreed, saying I couldn't have done it, but because it had been 9 months, he had to chalk it up to user error. He requested that I sign the form, but I refused. I intend to pursue all legal options. It's not fair to blame user error for something I didn't do. I am demanding a replacement. I pulled back the corner of the TV in the images, and it appeared that there was still protective film on the screen. From the start, this has been a deceptive issue. Users cannot cause such damage; if I could, I would have cracked the screen or left a different mark.
